Developing a Peer Training Guide for Young African Entrepreneurs
Building on findings from the ‘Resilience through international networks’ research, this was an exciting and impactful project that used a co-production approach to:
(1) Empower young entrepreneurs in starting or accelerating their micro-business.
(2) Create a website and peer training guide as an open-source resource for other micro start-ups and organisations that support entrepreneurship in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Based in Enugu, Nigeria and facilitated by impact funding from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), we worked in partnership with Art of Achalugo and Diro Systems to achieve the project aims.
