Personal Growth, Life Skills & Wellbeing
for Women, Youth, and Communities
I design and facilitate transformative programmes, retreats, training, and consulting that help women, youth, and organisations build confidence, resilience, enterprise capacity, and sustainable wellbeing. If something in this work speaks to you — I’d love to hear from you.
With over twenty years of practice across Africa and Europe, and a doctorate from the University of Bristol, I work with individuals, organisations, NGOs, churches, schools, and communities who are serious about growth, equity, and lasting change.
Three Pathways. One Mission.
Every pathway leads to the same destination: a deeper sense of purpose, capacity, and agency in the people and communities I work with.
Personal Growth, Life Skills & Wellbeing
The heart of my work. Through retreats, workshops, and structured courses, I help women and youth build confidence, resilience, clarity of purpose, and sustainable wellbeing.
Enterprise & Wellbeing Education
Practical, hands-on training for women and youth in Sub-Saharan African contexts — enterprise skills, economic participation, community transformation, and wellbeing education that equips people to build sustainable livelihoods.
Programme Design, Facilitation & Consulting
I partner with NGOs, churches, schools, women’s groups, and development organisations to design, structure, and deliver people-centred programmes that create real and lasting change.

A Little About Me
I am an international consultant, training facilitator, enterprise educator, scholar-activist, and women and youth development professional. My work sits at the intersection of personal growth, gender justice, enterprise education, faith-informed leadership, and community wellbeing — primarily with African women and girls, diaspora communities, and organisations working for lasting social change.
I hold a doctorate from the University of Bristol and bring more than two decades of frontline practice across the UK, Sub-Saharan Africa, and internationally. My approach is grounded in evidence, shaped by lived experience, and delivered with warmth, rigour, and deep respect for the people I work with.
Unclipped Wings
A space for essays, spoken word, personal reflections, and perspectives on womanhood, faith, justice, belonging, and the long work of becoming. This is where I show up fully — not just as a professional, but as a whole person.
Ready to Work Together?
Whether you are an individual, an organisation, or a community — if my work resonates with what you are building, I would love to hear from you.
